Your personal training begins with your complete fitness assessment including body measurements, body fat analysis, and preparation of your personal food diary. Next, we'll assess your fitness level and build an exercise plan that will challenge you to be your best. Your trainer will be there for you every step of the way, providing instruction and training as well as the motivation, support, and accountability you need to achieve your fitness goals.

At J. Gear Fitness, our personal trainers do much more than simply monitor your exercise program. Together, you'll design a healthier eating plan that suits your lifestyle and empowers your weight loss goals. You'll experience the incredible results that seemingly small changes to your diet and daily routine can make and you'll learn how to make them last for the rest of your life.
